About the Role:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and experienced HR professional to join our team and

manage the end-to-end recruitment for our growing organization. The ideal candidate should

have strong experience in recruitment, talent Acquisition, preferably within the EdTech,

Training, IT, or professional services industry.

The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates,

screening CVs, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interview rounds, follow-ups, offer

management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business

functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other

recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening and intervie
