As a core member of our Vendor Products IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role
This position is responsible for Software implementation, System Integration,
Development, Configuration, Technical Support, and Performance Tuning. The primary purpose of the position is to install and configure software and provide Level II Support for Vendor products with primary focus on regulatory applications. Initially the role relates to third party products in the area of Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance, but may expand over time into other vendor applications. Additional responsibilities may include Development of current system functionality, Project Management and Testing.
Experience with Banking or Compliance applications is desirable but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have an Application Development and Support background with the ability to quickly learn vendor applications from the inside out. This position will work with Business units and the Technology Group. Occasional travel may be required.
