Telecalling Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the telecalling team.
- Assign daily targets and monitor performance.
- Train team members on calling techniques.
- Track calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle difficult customer queries and escalations.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure proper customer communication and follow-up.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.21 per month
