Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with schools, colleges,



training institutes, and other educational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting Nexora Group’s services to prospective clients, coordinating meetings and presentations, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term partners. The role also involves supporting the development of sales strategies, maintaining accurate records of outreach and client interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of educational solutions. The Business Development Associate is expected to represent Nexora Group professionally, contribute to revenue growth, and help expand the organization’s presence in the education sector.
