SEO & Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description

Webomindapps is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Lead to lead our SEO and Digital Marketing teams and drive organic growth, paid performance, search visibility, and overall digital marketing results.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Performance Marketing, Analytics, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing, along with proven experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Digital Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the SEO and Digital Marketing teams, including task allocation, performance tracking, mentoring, and quality control.
- Own SEO strategy across On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, E-commerce, and International SEO.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, content gap analysis, and identify organic growth opportunities.




- Drive AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search, featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and generative search platforms.
- Develop content strategies focused on search intent, topical authority, semantic SEO, entity optimization, and conversions.
- Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, organic traffic, leads, and ROI.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemap, and robots.txt.
- Develop and implement ethical link-building, digital PR, and off-page
