Role & responsibilities

Procure MRO supplies (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), factory consumables, and spare parts.

Handle sourcing for general services, IT hardware/software, office utilities, and logistics.

Execute end-to-end Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust commercial negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) or data entry and Working Knowledge in tally system.

Cost-optimization mindset to drive continuous savings and spend consolidation.

Cross-functional coordination with internal departments like finance, maintenance, and plant operations.
