Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and prepared to the highest hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, balconies, corridors, lobbies, staircases, and other public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items,



or lost and found articles to the supervisor.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy.
- Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra towels, amenities, or room cleaning.
- Assist with laundry or linen management when required.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Requirements
- High school qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping at a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
