The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, driving sales, maintaining the store, assisting with inventory, and managing day-to-day store activities. Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales
- Welcome customers and create a friendly and professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate clothing, sizes, styles, and products.




- Actively drive sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Store Management
- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, folded, arranged, and replenished.
- Assist with opening and closing the store as required.
- Ensure customers receive prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.

Inventory & Billing
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about products that need replenishment.
- Assist with receiving, checking, tagging, arranging, and organizing current stock.
