Job Description:
- Manage specialty gas and bulk gas distribution system design for semiconductor facilities.
- Coordinate gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes, and hazardous gas monitoring systems.
- Ensure compliance with SEMI S2, NFPA, and hazardous material handling standards.
- Lead HAZOP studies and safety reviews.
- Coordinate gas piping layouts and integration with process tools.
- Support procurement and technical review of gas handling systems.
- Manage emergency shutdown and leak detection system integration.
- Coordinate commissioning and gas system validation.
