Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a suitable candidate to manage IT hardware and system support responsibilities. The role involves providing day-to-day technical assistance to users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for computer hardware, laptops, and desktop operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications and system performance.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and peripherals.
- Manage user shifting, setup, and hardware allocation as per management decisions.
- Support and maintain printers and other connected devices for end users.
- Perform OS installation,



software configuration, and regular system maintenance.
- Handle current user onboarding, including domain joining and user profile setup.
- Process hardware or software requests based on management approvals.
- Provide support for third-party applications (e.g., Tally, TDS, CDSL, etc.).
- Perform application and database backups as per schedule.
- Manage CCTV cameras and ensure proper functionality.
- Format laptops/desktops and install standard software packages.
- Knowledge of stock market trading applications will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
