About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to sell our
Sales Hiring
and
Sales Training
solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients across India. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, you'll be responsible for generating pipeline, running consultative sales conversations with HR/CXO-level buyers, and closing new client engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who has sold B2B services before, not products, and understands the nuance of selling something intangible like "talent outcomes" rather than a fixed deliverable.

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle:



prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing for hiring and training engagements
- Build and manage a pipeline of HR Heads, Sales Heads, CXOs, and Founders at target companies
- Run consultative discovery calls to diagnose a client's sales hiring or training gaps and position the right Simpli5Sales solution
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and pricing structures for retained hiring mandates and training programs
- Collaborate with the founder and delivery team to ensure what's sold can be delivered well
- Represent Simpli5Sales at industry events, HR/L&D; forums, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Contribute to referral and repeat-business generation from existing clients

What We're Looking For
