An Insurance Company where you will play a key role in driving the growth of the Motor Insurance business through agency and retail broker channels. The role offers an opportunity to manage strategic channel partners, develop new business opportunities and contribute directly to sales and premium growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance agencies, retail brokers and intermediary partners.
- Identify and onboard new agencies and broker partners.
- Drive motor insurance sales and premium targets through the assigned channel.
- Activate existing partners and increase their business contribution.
- Conduct regular partner meetings and identify current business opportunities.
- Educate partners about motor insurance products, processes and offerings.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, product and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in General Insurance, preferably Motor Insurance.
- Strong experience in Agency Sales, Broker Management, Channel Sales or Partner Management.
- Experience handling insurance agencies, retail brokers or intermediary channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/premium targets.
- Good understanding of the Motor Insurance market and distribution ecosystem.
