Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this individual will coordinate project activities, manage timelines and dependencies, facilitate communication across stakeholders, and help ensure delivery of scalable scientific and technical solutions.This role serves as a key operational partner to scientists, informaticians, software engineers, data scientists, and technology teams, helping teams stay aligned, identify risks early, and maintain visibility into project progress. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of initiatives that enable AI-driven research capabilities, including emerging antibody and protein design workflows,



while supporting operational readiness and adoption within scientific environments.The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and enabling teams to execute effectively in a agile research setting.In this role, your core responsibilities include:
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of AI, data, and informatics initiatives across Large Molecule Discovery.
- Maintain Gantt charts, project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate project activities across scientific, technical, and business teams to support timely delivery of project objectives.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with agreed-upon scope, timelines, and priorities.
