- Manage R&D; and laboratory activities for quartz slabs.
- Develop and improve recent products, colours, designs and formulations.
- Conduct raw material and finished product testing.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product improvement.
- Conduct trials and analyse test results.
- Troubleshoot product and process-related quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports and testing documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
