Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounts department, leading a team of 10-15 persons. Complete ownership of all data and transactions recorded in books of accounts. Regular monitoring and reconciliation of all payables and receivables including but not limited to Vendors / Customers / Banks etc. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), providing regular updates on financial Performance and key metrics. Manage accounting operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring consistency and Accuracy in financial reporting. Implement and maintain SAP systems to streamline accounting processes and enhance data Accuracy. Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards including but not limited to Cost Records, GST and Income Tax Compliances. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Qualifications: CA Qualified 20+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with a significant portion in leadership positions. Candidate must be from the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated Independent working experience and meeting deadlines. Proven track record of managing accounting functions across multiple manufacturing plants. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant accounting software. Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing teams of 10-15 Members. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
