Responsibilities
- Production planning and execution
- Manage oil extraction, boiling, processing & packing
- Ensure GMP, quality & safety compliance
- Control costs and improve yield & efficiency
- Lead, train & manage production teams
- Coordinate inventory and equipment maintenance
- Prepare production & MIS reports
Requirements
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology or B.Sc Chemistry
- 10–15 years of production experience
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in Ayurvedic/FMCG/Oil/Food industry preferred
- Solid knowledge of oil extraction and packing processes
- Excellent leadership, technical & problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
