Job Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support skilled for the Banking Payments domain to manage UPI and API-based banking services, including integrations, production support, and compliance with NPCI and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end UPI operations, including onboarding, certification, go-live, and production support.
- Manage API integrations for fintechs, partners, and internal systems.
- Coordinate with NPCI, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Monitor transactions and settlements, and resolve production incidents.
- Ensure API security, system uptime, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance.
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 6 years of relevant experience.




- Strong knowledge of UPI architecture and NPCI guidelines.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API security.
- Experience in the Banking and Digital Payments domain.
- Experience in incident and production support.

Good to Have:
- BE/BTech/MCA or an IT-related degree.
