- Medical Billing
- Payment Tracking
- Problem solving
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Handling discharges, cash, corporate, TPA.
- Coordination for discounts with departments
- Tracking of discounts/Cancelled bills/refunds/free bills/posting of packages
- Collecting advance or interim deposits
- Preparing & submitting the collection statement.
- Time management
- To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
