The Prospect

We’re looking for a motivated
Full-Cycle B2B Sales Representative

who can independently identify prospects, connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, present the right MiPharos solutions, and close new clients.

This is a
full-cycle sales role

—you will build your own pipeline rather than simply receive pre-booked appointments.

What You’ll Do

You’ll research and identify qualified businesses,



generate leads through channels such as calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and local outreach, conduct discovery conversations, present suitable solutions, manage follow-ups and objections, close paying clients, and maintain your opportunities in the MiPharos CRM.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in B2B sales, business development, digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, telecom, POS, or professional services. You should be comfortable generating your own leads, communicating with business owners and decision-makers, following up consistently, using a CRM, and working in a performance-based environment.
