Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the complete business-development lifecycle for software services and IT staff augmentation. The role requires robust experience in international client acquisition, software-services sales, staff-augmentation sales, candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and account expansion. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Business Development - Identify prospective SMB and mid-market clients across the United States and Europe.



- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile in coordination with company leadership. - Research companies based on hiring activity, funding, technology stack, outsourcing requirements, active projects, and engineering-team expansion. - Build and maintain targeted account and prospect lists. - Identify founders, CTOs, CIOs, engineering managers, product leaders, HR leaders, vendor managers, and procurement professionals. - Execute personalized outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, networking, and approved sales platforms. - Maintain structured follow-up sequences and multichannel sales cadences. - Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities. - Independently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
