Car Polisher / Automotive Detailing Technician Location: Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 per month Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 for every 10 qualifying cars completed Job Description We are looking for an experienced and skilled Car Polisher / Automotive Detailing Technician to join our automotive store. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality polishing and detailing work while maintaining professional finishing standards and taking proper care of customer vehicles. Responsibilities Machine polishing and paint correction Removing scratches, swirl marks and oxidation Exterior car polishing and detailing Ceramic coating application and preparation Surface preparation before polishing/coating Interior detailing when required Proper handling and maintenance of polishing machines and detailing equipment Maintaining cleanliness of the work area Inspecting vehicles before and after work Ensuring high-quality finishing with minimal rework Handling customer vehicles responsibly and carefully Requirements Previous experience in car polishing/detailing preferred Good knowledge of polishing machines, compounds and pads Knowledge of paint correction techniques Ceramic coating experience is an advantage Good attention to detail Ability to work independently Punctual, responsible and hardworking Must maintain professional standards while handling customer vehicles Salary Performance Incentive: Every 10 qualifying cars completed → ₹2,000 incentive Higher workload = higher monthly earning What We Offer Competitive fixed salary Performance-based incentives Professional working environment Opportunity for long-term employment Prospect to increase earnings based on performance
