About the team:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive ADAS & Autonomous Driving professional with 6+ years of experience in algorithm development, validation, and testing. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python-based development, automotive safety standards, and experience working with global OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers.
The role involves end-to-end development, integration, validation, and quality assurance of ADAS algorithms in compliance with automotive standards.
What you can look forward as Specialist:
- Develop, integrate, and validate ADAS and autonomous driving algorithms (perception, planning, sensor fusion, vehicle control).
- Design and execute test strategies including SIL, MIL, HIL, and vehicle-level validation.
- Build automation frameworks and testing tools using Python.
- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s, and global cross-functional teams. Analyze sensor data, logs, and test results to identify issues and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and quality processes. Support requirements, traceability, verification,
and validation activities.
- Work with tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for development and version control.
- Contribute to ASPICE and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare technical documentation and validation reports.
Your profile as Specialist:
- 5-9 years in Automotive Embedded Systems, ADAS, or Autonomous Driving.
- Robust proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience in ADAS/Autonomous Driving development and testing using IPG CarMaker.
- Experience with SIL, HIL, MIL, and vehicle testing. Knowledge of automotive sensors (Camera, Radar).
- Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
- Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and safety/quality processes.
- Experience with requirement management and defect tracking tools.
