Key Responsibilities
- Identification, preparation and submission of Pre-qualification, Expression of Interest, Offers and RFP.
- Preparation of RFQ s/Tenders for timely submission of techno commercial proposal to customer.
- To attend the pre-bid meetings, prepare and compile pre-bid queries/Comments and all bid documents and templates in line with customer requirements.
- Responsible for taking approvals from various Railway clients and authorities like RDSO, Railway Board and IRCON etc.
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients and develop and maintain the Client relationships.
- To prepare the Tender cost estimate and ensure that the cost estimate is realistic, robust and competitive.




- To prepare the risk register and ensure that project/contractual risk is fully evaluated and mitigated as per the Tender conditions.
- Participation in negotiation meetings with clients for finalization of Work Contract.
- Responsible for handling the customers like Indian Railway PU s MCF ICF, State Metros, IRCON, NCRTC
