About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business operations within a highly regulated financial services setting. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, high-performing platform capabilities. Success in this role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, platform governance, and application support. You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across Salesforce ecosystems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards across Salesforce delivery teams.
