HR Executive – PF, ESI & Employee Insurance

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive with strong knowledge of Provident Fund (PF), ESI, and employee insurance processes. The ideal candidate will manage statutory compliance, employee benefits administration, and support core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PF (Provident Fund) registration, monthly contributions, and filings for employees.
- Handle ESI (Employee State Insurance) registration and compliance.
- Process employee insurance enrollments, claims, and renewals (health/group insurance).
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) and liaise with relevant government portals/authorities.
- Maintain employee records related to PF, insurance, and other statutory benefits.
- Handle new employee onboarding formalities including UAN generation and insurance enrollment.
- Process full & final settlements,



including PF withdrawal/transfer support for exiting employees.
- Respond to employee queries related to PF, ESI, and insurance benefits.
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate deductions and contributions.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in handling PF, ESI, and employee insurance processes.
- Familiarity with EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel; HRMS or payroll software experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a similar HR/compliance role.
- Understanding of labour law compliance (PF Act, ESI Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
