OAN Group is looking for a talented and driven Sr. R&D; Chemist / Assistant Manager – R&D; to join our growing team near Jaipur.

Position: Sr. R&D; Chemist / Assistant Manager – R&D;
Location: Manda RIICO, Jaipur
Company: OAN Group
Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant field

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute R&D; projects from lab scale to commercialization
- Develop and optimize new chemical processes, formulations, and products
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and troubleshoot process challenges
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process improvement
- Prepare technical reports and maintain proper R&D; documentation
- Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, and other cross-functional teams




- Drive innovation and contribute to new product development

What We’re Looking For

Solid technical expertise in Chemistry and R&D;
Hands-on experience in synthesis, formulation, process development, and optimization
Proven experience in fertilizer additives, PVC stabilizers, and/or construction chemicals
Hands-on experience in formulation development and scale-up
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage R&D; projects
Strong communication and teamwork skills
