Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, taxation workings, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

* Prepare GST & TDS workings and support filings

* Generate MIS reports and financial statements

* Track invoices, payments, and collections

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

* Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Requirements





* Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting

* 25 years of accounting experience

* Mandatory experience in Zoho Books

* Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping

* Proficiency in MS Excel

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

* Experience in startup

* CA Inter / CMA qualification is an added advantage
