Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Pathologist to join our healthcare team in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will examine laboratory specimens, diagnose diseases through pathological investigations, interpret laboratory findings, and work closely with physicians to provide accurate diagnoses and quality patient care.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in laboratory medicine, histopathology, hematology, cytology, microbiology, and clinical pathology while maintaining compliance with healthcare quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine blood, urine, tissue, body fluids, and laboratory specimens for accurate diagnosis.
- Interpret laboratory findings and prepare detailed pathology reports.
- Perform and supervise histopathology, cytology, hematology, microbiology, and clinical pathology investigations.
- Analyze biopsy and surgical specimens to identify diseases and abnormalities.
- Maintain laboratory quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP,



and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and specialists regarding diagnostic findings.
- Supervise laboratory technicians and pathology staff.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and patient records accurately.
- Ensure secure handling, storage, and disposal of biological specimens.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education (CME).
- Stay updated with advances in pathology, laboratory medicine, and diagnostic technologies.
