Job Overview

LDS Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth through strategic lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B Business Development and Sales, preferably within a service-based IT/software development company. The candidate should be confident in identifying recent business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, preparing compelling proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and taking deals from initial prospecting through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold emailing, outbound prospecting, and other online platforms.
- Research potential clients, understand their business requirements, and identify opportunities where our IT services can add value.
- Create and submit customized,



persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements on freelancing platforms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Conduct professional cold email and LinkedIn outreach to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Deliver effective product and service presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of web, mobile, and software development services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
