Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled ServiceNow professional with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the ITSM module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incident queues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to expand their expertise across the entire ServiceNow platform and work closely within a team-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor incident queues, ensuring timely triage, updates, and resolution of incidents.
- Maintain accurate incident records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day ITSM processes including Incident, Request, and Problem Management.




- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure service delivery excellence.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills while interacting with users, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tasks, technologies, and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Work effectively within a team of 4 members while supporting operational and project-related activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience working with ITSM platforms.
- Solid understanding of scrips and technical aspects of the system
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience in the ITSM module.
- Experience managing and supporting incident queues.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based service management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
