SAGE Cosmetic is a Navi Mumbai-based cosmetic manufacturer specializing in OEM, ODM and private-label manufacturing of color cosmetics, nail care and personal care products. Established in 2014, the company provides end-to-end product development and manufacturing solutions to beauty brands.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with 5 years of relevant experience to support sales, customer management and business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, follow-ups and coordination and should be able to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up on sales leads.

· Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, samples, orders and delivery updates.

· Maintain lead and customer databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Convert qualified enquiries into sales opportunities and support the sales team in order closure.

· Coordinate with sales, production, R&D;, accounts, stores and dispatch teams.

· Prepare quotations,



sales orders, reports and follow-up trackers.

· Respond to customer queries professionally through phone, email and WhatsApp.

· Track pending enquiries and ensure no lead is missed.

· Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.

· Provide regular updates to management on leads, conversions and pending enquiries.

Candidate Requirements

· Around 5 years of experience in sales coordination, tele-sales, inside sales, customer service or call-center operations.

· Prior call-center/tele-calling experience is preferred.

· Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

· Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

· Comfortable making professional business calls.

· Positive MS Excel, Word and email skills.

· Organized, patient, proactive and target-oriented.

· Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, manufacturing or B2B sales will be an advantage.
