Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate qualified leads & contacts within the North American Healthcare/MedTech/Medical Devices segment.
- Contacts - Line up meetings with next set of sales leadership with relevant contacts of the customers.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority before transitioning to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless handover of leads and alignment on target accounts.
- Reporting & Insights: Track lead generation activities, conversion metrics, and share actionable market insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies,



and customer pain points to optimize lead generation efforts.

What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years in B2B lead generation or inside sales, preferably in industrial equipment/heavy machinery or related sectors.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of North American market dynamics and customer buying behavior.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage international clients effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
