Job Summary

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for V-belt products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and on board new distributors, dealers, retailers, and OEM customers in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Promote product features, applications, and benefits to customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support in coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.




Experience
- 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, or power transmission belts. Solid knowledge of V-belts, timing belts, or related mechanical products is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- Marketing
- Mechanical Engineering
- or a related field (preferred)
