Job Description – Graphic Design, Printing & Client Coordination Executive Position: Graphic Design, Printing & Client Coordination Executive Department: Design / Marketing / Printing Operations Job Type: Full time Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills may also be considered. Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, energetic and responsible candidate who can independently handle graphic designing, artwork setting, printing coordination, client interaction and outdoor marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, designers, printing presses, vendors and the management to ensure that all printing and promotional requirements are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Designing & Artwork Design brochures, flyers, posters, visiting cards, banners, leaflets, invitations and other promotional materials. Prepare and modify artwork according to client requirements. Handle page setting, layout, typography, image placement and basic photo editing.



Ensure that designs are print-ready and meet required specifications. Make corrections and revisions based on client/management feedback. 2. Printing & Production Coordination Coordinate with various printing presses for quotations, artwork submission, proof checking and final production. Obtain and compare printing quotations and negotiate rates wherever possible. Coordinate printing of offset, digital, flex, vinyl, banners, stickers, brochures and other promotional materials. Check printed materials for quality, colour, quantity, finishing and specifications. Follow up with printing presses to ensure timely delivery. 3. Client Interaction & Outdoor Visits Meet clients personally to understand their design, branding and printing requirements.
