Distribution Center Manager

What would you be doing?

Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics across multiple locations.

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy across business

functions.

Manage and update planograms based on business needs and ensure standardized product

placement.

Supervise up to 100 staff members, including preparing weekly rosters and leading performance

evaluations.

Conduct interviews and training for new staff members to ensure smooth onboarding.

Record all stock movements, deliveries and transactions in the database; generate regular

inventory reports.

Perform inventory reconciliations, including Transfer In/Out (TI/TO) tracking and corrections.

Work to reduce stock damages, expiries and losses across all functions.

Oversee Distribution Center (DC) inventory operations and ensure overall inventory accuracy.
