- Particular sections of act specially land acquisition act LAAR 2013, town planning act, fundamentals of town master plan and plan development of town, rights of land owners, constitutional rights of citizen for compensation.Qualifications- LLB/ LLM/ phd, Salary as per market.
- Legal advisor: advocate with vast experience, and fully conversant with land acquisition act, rent control act, property acts, protection against trespass and encroachers,etc.
- Lady graduates considered as administrators,

- Handling all Secretarial and Accounting Functions
