We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Life Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for student development, a pleasant personality, and the ability to make learning engaging. You will be responsible for grooming students in communication, etiquette, and behavioral skills to prepare them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and engaging Life Skills and Soft Skills training sessions for students.

Develop students' Public Speaking, Communication, Body Language, and Interpersonal Skills.

Foster essential 21st-century skills such as Collaboration, Teamwork, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Creativity, and Decision Making.

Design and facilitate experiential learning activities, role-plays, group discussions, simulations, and team-building exercises.

Promote emotional intelligence, empathy, self-awareness, resilience, and positive relationship-building among students.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.





Identify learning gaps and proactively implement strategies to address them.

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom workplace.

Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to support students' holistic development.

Maintain records, reports, and assessments related to student progress and program outcomes.

Support school events, workshops, competitions, and student development initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Candidates with a background in Psychology/ Business studies are preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the education or training sector. * Note: Exceptional Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Possession of a personal vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) is highly preferred for commuting.
