Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented Social Media & Content Growth Intern who is interested in building strong digital brands through content, social media, and organic growth.

The intern will work closely with the content and marketing team to support the development and execution of content across major digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, personal branding, social media management, video production, audience engagement, and organic lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive learner who enjoys social media, understands current content trends, is comfortable experimenting with new ideas, and wants to develop practical skills in digital marketing and content-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Social Media & Personal Branding*
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong digital presence across social media platforms.




- Participate in creating content featuring the brand/founder as required.
- Assist with videos, reels, explainers, educational content, and other social media formats.
- Help maintain consistency in tone, messaging, visual identity, and overall brand communication.
- Develop an understanding of how personal branding can contribute to audience growth and business visibility.

*2. Content Research, Strategy & Planning*
- Research:
- Social media trends
- EdTech and online education trends
- Career and career development topics
- Competitor content
- Viral content formats
- Trending topics, hooks, and formats
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Identify interesting and relevant content opportunities.
- Suggest content ideas based on audience interests, trends, and business objectives.
- Understand how different content pieces can support the user journey from awareness → engagement → enquiry/lead.
