Role & responsibilities:

Litigation & Dispute Management
- Manage end-to-end litigation, including court litigation and dispute resolution strategies
- Coordinate with external counsel and represent the organization in legal proceedings, where

required
- Draft and review legal notices, replies, and pleadings
- Develop proactive strategies to mitigate legal risks and avoid disputes

Contract Review, Drafting & Negotiation
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
- Client agreements, Vendor and service agreements
- Employment and consultancy agreements
- Ensure all contracts are aligned with legal standards and business objectives
- Assist in contract negotiations with external stakeholders

Contract Lifecycle & Management
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure tracking of key obligations, timelines, and

renewals
- Standardize templates and improve contract governance processes

Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison




- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations (corporate, education, labor, etc.)
- Handle compliance and negotiations with Government Authorities and regulatory bodies
- Ensure timely filings, approvals, and reporting for Regulatory matters
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization

Risk Management & Compliance Framework
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business functions
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, internal policies, and SOPs
- Legal Advisory to Business Units
- Provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Operations, Finance)
- Enable business growth while ensuring legal safeguards

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: LLB / LLM from a reputed institution
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles
- Demonstrated expertise in:
