Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage counter sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations on luxury watches, gems, jewelry, and other lifestyle products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcases, and presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of high-end timepieces.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of brand offerings, including new releases, collections, and technical specifications.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (luxury goods preferred).
- Strong understanding of watches, gems, jewelry, and other lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
