Job Summary

Global One Consulting Group is hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead sales, business development, and revenue growth across multiple business projects, including E-commerce, Hospital Management Systems (HMS), technology solutions, and other business verticals.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling large sales operations, including 100–500+ field/ground-level sales employees, while developing sales strategies, expanding markets, building partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple business verticals.
- Manage and lead large field/ground sales teams of 100–500+ employees.
- Set sales targets, territories, KPIs, and performance goals.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and key client relationships.




- Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales managers and team leaders.
- Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and team performance.
- Work with senior management and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Handle important client meetings, negotiations, and business engagements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Leadership.
- Proven experience managing large sales/field teams of 100–500+ employees.
- Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development.
- Experience managing multiple products, projects, or business verticals.
- Strong knowledge of field sales, revenue generation, market expansion, and sales operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
