We are expanding its international business and building a dedicated team to develop B2B markets across international destinations.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive – International Market who wants to be part of building and growing an international B2B business from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone who is interested in international sales, export business, lead generation, client acquisition and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international B2B customers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- Generate qualified international leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach and other relevant channels.
- Identify and target potential customers across markets such as the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and other international markets.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, calls and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with international clients.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to prepare suitable product proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Handle customer enquiries and support negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term B2B customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and potential business opportunities in international markets.
- Achieve agreed lead-generation, meeting and sales targets.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new international markets and sales strategies.
