JAGGAER Consultant Job Description

Responsible for configuring, integrating, and supporting JAGGAER Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement solutions for customers. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring successful deployment and integration with ERP and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and implement JAGGAER procurement and supplier management solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between JAGGAER and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop and support APIs, Web Services, REST, SOAP, and data migration activities.
- Conduct technical workshops, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans,



and deployment guides.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes
- Experience with JAGGAER, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar procurement platforms.
- Knowledge of:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- XML, JSON
- SQL and database concepts
- Integration architecture and middleware solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software implementation and deployment projects.
