We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Business Development to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, references, and other channels.
- Guide team members in lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.
- Handle significant client discussions and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback/coaching.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve team productivity.




- Train new team members on sales processes, product/service knowledge, and communication skills.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
