We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate sales activities for our solar products and services.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and messages.
- Follow up on leads and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Schedule appointments and site visits.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare quotations and basic sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales and payments.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination preferred.
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry is an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Customer-friendly approach and good follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
