Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end P&L; for the region(s), ensuring topline growth, collections, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Drive recent business development sourcing, assessment, evaluation, and closure of investment opportunities across residential, retail, commercial, education, logistics, and healthcare assets.
- Lead deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and closure of Definitive Agreements for JVs, JDAs, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and refine complex financial models for deal evaluation and investment decisions; present to Investment Council.
- Formulate and present the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for assigned regions and business verticals.
- Manage the launch pipeline for new projects; ensure construction, quality, and sales milestones are on track across all active developments.
- Provide strategic advisory and consulting support on feasibility, highest & best use, entry strategy, and market positioning.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders for approvals and strategic matters.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing BD and strategy teams to drive operational excellence.
