The Prospect
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Engineering Manager to join our expanding Engineering team. You will be a part of the Applications team, primarily responsible for establishing the strategic technical direction, leading customer focus products and actively driving the execution of the strategy across many Dataorb s product areas taking care of the assignments and leading and managing the team related to transforming the designs into code.
You should have a sense of design to point out the design gaps and give your valuable feedback to the design team. You will contribute to establish the best practices, follow them and motivate others as well to do the same. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies applied to one-of-a-kind business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
