• Handle day-to-day fabric sourcing activities and coordinate with mills and suppliers.

• Coordinate fabric development, sampling, lab dips, and approval processes.

• Follow up with suppliers on fabric production, quality, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with Merchandising and QA teams to ensure fabric requirements are met and resolve any fabric-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier details, fabric developments, order status, and delivery follow-ups.

• Monitor fabric orders and ensure timely execution as per required specifications and timelines.

• Prepare and maintain sourcing-related reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

• Ensure proper coordination with suppliers for fabric quality, weaving, processing, and inspection requirements.
