Curriculum: IB (School currently till Grade 10, DP being introduced for Grades 1112)Experienced IB Principal with robust academic and leadership background.
Responsibilities: Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, taking the lead on academic standards, curriculum development, pastoral care, and assessment. Encouraging high lesson standards through maintenance and updating of school curriculum Overseeing and ensuring the school’s commitment to quality education and its continued improvement, with a main focus on students’ outcomes. Adapted data management system to capture and track different sources of data providing a triangulation of judgements to ensure effective analysis, reliability and integrity of judgements to support intervention planning and pupil progress discussions. Some of the fundamental principles that are guiding this journey are:

And for that there is a need to continuously revisit core principles & philosophies – that too as a community. The process needs to be organic and collective.
