We are seeking a AGM-Buyer For Food & Non Food Category,who will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring optimal product assortment, and managing vendor partnerships. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and product management skills, with an emphasis on achieving business targets and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Margin Achievement: Drive category sales and profitability in line with the business budget.

Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize aging inventory, and maintain healthy stock turns.

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.

New Product Introduction: Identify, evaluate,



and introduce recent products and trends in the category Food & Non Food.

Product Knowledge & Training: Conduct product knowledge sessions for the sales team to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales and margin achievement as per budget.

Inventory health stock turns, aging, and availability.
